The Gryphon System
Sludge is dewatered in two energy efficient stages.
The Gryphon System's 100 dry ton design is capable of processing over 1.2 million gallons of 2% total solid sludge into 90% solids. This is comparable to a municipal plant supporting over 250,000 people or a large paper mill producing over 500 tons of wet sludge daily. Conventional dewatering systems for such facilities would cost $60MM to install and use over $5.5MM in utilities annually. The Gryphon System costs just over $5.5MM to install, with an annual utilities cost of just $1.2MM.
